Case Study: Taekwondo ON
Taekwondo ON needed a clearer website structure for families who were visiting the studio for the first time. The previous site emphasized visual identity but did not explain program options, age groups, and class flow in a straightforward way. As a result, paid and organic traffic often required extra messaging before leads could decide.
DAOL Consulting redesigned the content structure around decision questions. We created a service hierarchy that moved from overview to detailed program tracks and then to a direct inquiry path. We also reduced friction in mobile navigation so parents could scan class details and contact options quickly from one-handed browsing contexts.
Implementation included updated page copy, section-level CTA placement, and operational guidance for ongoing updates. Instead of one-time marketing language, we focused on reusable content blocks that staff could keep current without rewriting the whole site.
Problem → Solution → Result
Problem: Visitor intent was high, but class information was not easy to compare quickly.
Solution: Re-architect service pages with progression-based content and direct inquiry routes.
Result: Better message clarity for new visitors and reduced friction before contact.
